Ok, I've been here several times. Only once was my idea. After that I was dragged along kicking and screaming by people who think this is the greatest place in town. Well, I agree with a lot of other reviewers who don't get it. I have never had a meal that was anything better than just ok and several that had to be sent back - nothing like ice cold mashed potatoes and glue gravy. Service can be really iffy when they're busy, and the prices are certainly not like the ""diner"" they're supposed to be. I'm also in the camp of not wanting my wine served in a kid's juice glass. Probably should have known better than ordering a bottle of wine in a place like this anyway - shame on me. This place, like the owners' other restaurant Vesta Dipping Grill, seems to survive on their ""cool/hip"" vibe. It sure as heck isn't the food at either place.
