I was extremely pleased with my first cut and scheduled my next appt. 6 weeks in advance as recommended. Excitedly I showed up for my 2nd appt. to find out they did not have me listed for that day or any other day, eventhough I did have an appt. card from them. They were unable to accommodate me for that day and said I should have called in advance to confirm the appt. if I had not heard from them! Somehow it appeared the blame was shifted onto me. Their solution was to put me on a cancellation list, which did not do anything for me, because I needed their services that day and had planned my day around it. I did get a call the following day as an appt. was available, but I declined and will not be going back due to their below average customer service.
