A friend of mine reccommend that I look for a new stylist because the one I've had for 6 years, has been flaking on me. I looked here on citysearch for the top rated salon in Riverside. I recently moved from the Valley, I am use to upscale salons. I saw that SALON 3778 was the most highly reccommended. I saw that Alex had rave reviews, so I called the salon to make an appointment. The gal who answered the phone was very friendly and personable. She left Alex my number and he called me back within the hour! I am not use to the attentiveness I received! Alex was very cool, calm and collected on the phone. I told him what I wanted and we discussed possible appointment times. He makes his own hours so it was very advantageous! I went to my appointment with Alex, and I couldnt be any happier! I was greeted by everyone in the salon including the owner! They were quick to make me comfortable! I love the ambiance of the salon. It has a cozy feel about it, but very upscale. Everyone, especially Alex, was down to earth and easy going. That was a definite plus! No one likes a stressed out hairdresser! Alex gave me exactly what I wanted! I am receiveing compliments left and right! I booked my next appointment! I def reccommend Alex to anyone who wants their hair done by a professional who knows what their doing! I have never felt so good about my hair! Thanks Alex
