A few of my friends and I used to go to Fosselman's at least once a week. One of us, however, had a gift certificate for a half gallon of ice cream, so we decided to get a few of us together to go. We bought the ice cream and asked for some bowls. The OWNER of this establishment gave us a hard time about asking for free bowls, but we paid for the bowls and I even tipped him $0.40 or so. We then sat down to start eating ice cream, and in front of about 15 other people, he started yelling at us telling us that we couldn't eat in the store. The case evidently said ""To go"" somewhere, and why would he EVER let us buy a gallon and eat in his store. He can't charge 2.30 for an ice cream cone if everyone buys gallons.
Pros: good ice cream
