This is a sad story. My parents brought their 2 dogs for boarding during a busy holiday weekend. The smaller dog has diabetes so they gave the kennel her insulin with instructions and labels for everything. She got sick because they gave the insulin to the OTHER non-diabetic dog. This was a mistake that should have been caught within the 4 days it took their diabetic dog to die. Thank goodness the non diabetic dog was large enough to withstand the extra insulin shots. ?PLEASE if you bring in your pet with a health problem, label everything and stand there watching them check through everything and your instructions. Double check and double check again. This kennel needs a better and safer system.
