The customer service at this US Bank is the worst customer service I have ever received, anywhere. When inquiring about my account I was called ""sweetie"" by the tall man who was ""helping"" me or rather talking down to me. It is disappointing to me when I ask to speak to the manager and I am told that is would be better to write him a note, even though he was standing behind the reception desk laughing with a coworker. Why write a note to someone who is clearly neither busy nor important at the time? I never received a follow-up call or letter regarding my inquiry. Once I cancel my direst deposit I will be closing my account.
Cons: Horrible customer service!!!
