I have always had a positive experience with this entire practice group. I always try to be patient and understand if someone is a few minutes late coming in to see me. It is because they are with someone who may be terribly ill, in a critical condition, or someone who might be chatty and the doctor can't just walk out of the room. I have found some staff that needed to brush up on their office manners, but then again we all have bad days. My entire family goes to this group and they have all had excellent care and experiences.
