The staff is poor at handling insurance and patient needs. It takes at least 15 min or more in the waiting room, then another 15 minutes in the exam room. Don't bother being on time since it is not a concern of theirs. The Doctors are nice but do not have the time to understand your full concerns, just in and out. My family went there for awhile and they all slowly dropped the place due to different unattended issues. Medical claims unprocessed properly. Then just never seeing the same doctor over and over again. Easily to say nobody was really satisfied. The office staff can use a major manner course; it may be just a few bad apples but no excuse for complete rudeness. Hey I don't take out my bad days on the sick. You go there cause your ill and the last thing you need is somebody with an attitude. Pros: good location Cons: never see the same doctor more

I have always had a positive experience with this entire practice group. I always try to be patient and understand if someone is a few minutes late coming in to see me. It is because they are with someone who may be terribly ill, in a critical condition, or someone who might be chatty and the doctor can't just walk out of the room. I have found some staff that needed to brush up on their office manners, but then again we all have bad days. My entire family goes to this group and they have all had excellent care and experiences. more

Group practice; doctors always seem to be in a rush;15 mins. seems to be your alloted time;avg wait time is 15 minutes waiting room; another 15 in doctor office total 30mins before you see your doctor and you will be lucky to actually see your doctor when ill as they tend to shift you around to who ever is available or you get the R.P.A-C. The doctors are nice; but a few in the office staff are just plain awful and untruthful to put it kindly; something I have never encountered before in any medical atmosphere. To sum it up; it has been an unexpected disappointment which I hope never to repeat.
