On April 3,2007, My wife and I called the answering service for operating hours of Night Owl Clinic. My son had an allergic reaction, and his body was covered with whelps. Answering service told us the Night Owl Clinic was open until 8:30 PM. When we arrived at the Night Owl Clinic at 8:02 PM, the administrative staff informed us that the clinic closed at 8:00 PM. We pleaded with the doctor on duty to examine our son, and she refused. We were sent away without my son being examined. Where is the compassion? What type of business operates in such a manner? The staff was very unprofessional and did not care about the health of a patient that has been with them for seven years. My son will never go to this clinic again.
