A group of co-workers and I had lunch at North Harbor Club last week and I was appalled at the blatent disrespect of customers that the manager on duty showed us. Honoring a simple lunch coupon could have (and should have) earned several faithful patrons. Instead however, each of these 10 folks will likely tell 20 more people about the horrible experience and now you've potentially lost 200 customers. I hope a $10 lunch was worth that Mr. Manager. For a restaurant with a lovely view and a nice menu, it's a shame that poor customer service overshadows both. Very disappointing.
