Had a problem with my home computer router. Called NY Computer Help and got someone live right away, was given the option to schedule a same day or next day appointment, and was given a very fair rate quote. They called to let me know when the repair person was running a couple of minutes late. Once he showed up (only 15 minutes after the scheduled time) he was non-intrusive, respectful, and fixed our problem in under an hour. He even showed us how to avoid similar problems in the future! This company is flexible, reliable and enjoyable to do business with. Two thumbs up!
