The man who ownes this business is a fraud. Stephen Aurthur Cobb has also owned two other businesses in the Twin Cities that I know of , which are no longer in business. (Adventures in Ballooning and Ballooning Adventures). We had purchased a balloon ride for our parents and he never provided the service and now refuses to give us our money back. He was nice on the phone when I ordered the gift and then when he had our money and we tried to book the flight he was rude. He cancelled all the flights we had booked and then disconnected his phone. I finally found him under this business and he refuses to give us our money or any service for that money. He is a terrible business man and I would recommend to stay away from any business he ownes. He has had at least 3 in the last 3 years so that tells you something.
