I, as well, purchased a balloon package from Mr. Cobb under his previous business named Adventures in Ballooning. When I called to schedule a ride this spring, the phone had been disconnected and when I contacted him through this new business he refused to refund my money. He even used the same PO Box from his old business for this new one. I would be very leery to give this man any of your money as he did not follow through with his services from his last business! more

I, like the first poster, bought a hot air balloon ride from this man when he owned Adventuresin Ballooning. I tried to schedule many times, and the weather was always unfavorable. When I tried to call this spring, the number was out of service. When I called him at this number, he refused to give me the balloon ride, or a refund. He said on two occasions that he would not talk to me about it. Stay away from any business this man operates. more

The man who ownes this business is a fraud. Stephen Aurthur Cobb has also owned two other businesses in the Twin Cities that I know of , which are no longer in business. (Adventures in Ballooning and Ballooning Adventures). We had purchased a balloon ride for our parents and he never provided the service and now refuses to give us our money back. He was nice on the phone when I ordered the gift and then when he had our money and we tried to book the flight he was rude. He cancelled all the flights we had booked and then disconnected his phone. I finally found him under this business and he refuses to give us our money or any service for that money. He is a terrible business man and I would recommend to stay away from any business he ownes. He has had at least 3 in the last 3 years so that tells you something. more
