I am a student at UB and my computer broke in March. I called many different repair shops and got a variety of responses. Some didn't want to give me any advise over the phone, and some even were rude. Payless was very helpful and spent ten minutes over the phone trying to help me get it going. I ended up having to bring it in and When all was said and done my computer was fixed and didn;t break my budget.
