I brought my computer over to payless repairs, it was running so slow. I talked with the owner Joe, he said the problem could be a virus and or spy ware on the computer. I was having issues with my custom built system. Dropped it off on a wednesday evening. I rec'd a call from the shop the next morning saying he found a folded $20 on the floor of his shop where I was standing the night before and sure enough, it was mine. WOW!! Had my computer repaired within 36 hours. He repaired the motherboard when other places would have just replaced it an charged an arm and a leg! Now it's running like new again! THANK YOU!! Brought my Dell 4400 computer in Jan 23rd because it wouldn't turn\r on. Paid for the estimate and 20 Minutes later got a call from Joe the\r owner. He said there was no problem with the computer and advised\r me to check my connections. To my surprise the breaker button\r popped on my surge protector outlet under my computer desk. I make my living selling on E-bay and my Dell Desktop computer died. Payless was one of the few shops that didn't tell me it would take three to five days to repair it. I brought it in and they were able to get it back to me the next day! To my surprise the owner even met me on Saturday so I could pick it up (they are only open Tue-Fri) This is a stand up repair shop and I highly recommend then to anyone in need of computer repairs. I am a student at UB and my computer broke in March. I called many different repair shops and got a variety of responses. Dell said my laptop motherboard was bad and ""Could Not Be Repaired"" Payless not only had it repaired in three days but the price was great as well. I am soooooooo happy I didn't go the Dell way @ $480 for a new motherboard !!! --- I would advise anyone in need of a computer repair to deal with this owner operated business ...
