This company installed a heating and air unit in my brand new $230,000 home. The air condition was not working so I called. First it took them 2 weeks before I ever got in touch with them. I left messages and no one ever called me back. I finally started calling them 3 and 4 times a day until I got in touch with the girl in the office. She said that they would be out that next week. They didn't show. I called and called again and finally when I got someone to pick up, the girl in the office she said that she had been calling the worker to send him out. Long story short, they finally came out here and worked on the unit outside, 3 weeks after I started calling. Now the unit comes on but there is no air upstairs. I called again and it took them 1 and 1/'2 weeks to come out here. They said that the unit was not placed in the right place according to plans and that it wasn't pushing the air upstairs because they installed it in the wrong place. They said that they were going to put a fan in the pipes or vents to push the air upstairs and they would call me the next Mon. and it would be the middle of the week before they could get it fixed. It has been 3 weeks now and no one has called or shown up. I call every day. The girl in the office tells me that they do not communicate in that office and they are really busy and don't have time for me that they are too busy installing units. I explained that I have already paid for a brand new unit and it didn't work. Again, she says that they are too busy for me. So I am stuck in a brand new $230,000 home with no air condition and a company that won't take care of their customers. It seems their motto is they take your money and now they have no further responsibility.
