I started doing martial arts because my doctor recommended regular exercise to improve my health. I can't believe how much my health has improved! You never get bored with the drills. SiFu Thomas is aware of the physical strengths and weaknesses of every student and he suggests different exercises to improve on your weakness while further enhancing on your strengths. SiFu explains martial arts concepts very clearly. He uses good humor to correct any drill that we are doing wrong. Everyone in the school is friendly, encouraging and helpful! Being a beginner female student, the friendly school atmosphere certainly makes me look forward to working out regularly. I highly recommend this martial arts school.
