WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER\r

I am remodeling the bathrooms at a house I purchased and ordered tiles at this store, which I had to pay upfront.\r

I was told they will deliver these tiles within 8 weeks. The tiles came, LATE, and one third of the delivery did not match my order.\r
It has been a couple of weeks already and I still do not have my tiles. I will now have to pay double mortgage next month probably as obviously I cannot move in until I have my bathroom ready - these people are fully aware of my situation but obviously they do not care.\r

There solution to ""help me"" is brilliant: according to them, I should now pay AN EXTRA $960 in freight to get those tiles shipped by plane so I can get them in time or I will only receive them in an extra 8 to 10 weeks. This is if they do not mees up my order one more time.\r

I hope this review will help you be aware prior you think about doing business with this store - in short, make sure you DO NOT PAY UPFRONT.
Cons: horrible services, do not help customer and ask for more money instead
