I have got my taxes done at Goll for 2 years now. However, this year they made numerous mistakes on my taxes. When I found out they had made mistakes and not filled proper forms I notified the business to have them fix the problem. I had provided them will all the proper documentation, however, they had failed to properly prepare my taxes. When I arrived I was yelled at and told, ""It is my fault for not checking their work before I signed my taxes."" I don?t know in what universe I would need to check someone else?s work to make sure they had done their job correctly. They were hostile and arrogant in correcting the problem they had made. Furthermore, I have checked to see if this company is a licensed certified public accountant and they are not. Do not trust this business with your taxes unless you want to take the chance they will improperly prepare your taxes.
