Although the installed cabinets are good quality, high price, horrible service and lack of communication make this company ""NOT RECOMMEND."" The draft person made over 15 inches of measurement mistake creating the cabinets I had not ordered. The company never apologized or gave discount. The installer also left mess. At close to $10,000 for the cabinets , I expected better service. From the order to completion took over 40 days, 14 days over their promised completion. In fact, from the delivery to completion took 19 days! where average carpenter takes less than 3 days. Good sales group. Good product. Lousy, lousy customer service. 2007
