Had the best experience with this company. Best customer service and attention and the work was amazing! I love the quality of the cabinets as well. Our kitchen came out beautiful. Favorite room in the house now! They really take the time in making the customer happy. Highly recommend this company for any kitchen and bathroom remodels. more

About a month ago I have searched online for a company to remodel my kitchen, I liked this company (I&E Cabinets) web site it looked very professional + it provides a lot of essential information. They have an ""A+"" with the BBB end more.\r So we decided to call them to give us a free in home estimate, thier representative was very helpfull and did not push us like other companies did in the pass, we decided to move forward with I&E and we are not sorry we did, the job is done we love our new kitchen the service was excellent the project manager called us all the time to let us know what is going on and to up date us.\r I would defenetly recommend this company to any one I know. Best home improvment company experience 9/27/2008

I have never have a greater experience then this last kitchen remodeling I have had with I&E Cabinets, this company came to our house and start and finish the all project in no time no pain no issues or mistakes, Pros: every thing went A OK more

I&E Cabinets refaced my kitchen and bath cabinets, we are very happy with the out come, our cabinets were very old and ugly, now they look like new custom cabinets, it was great to do business with this company the service was good and the people from the salesman to the installer were very accommodating and helpful. Pros: Did what they say they would Cons: Can not think of one more

Love My Kitchen!!!! 2/18/2008

I had such an amazing experience with I & E Cabinets. I was dreading having our kitchen and bath remodeled as I heard so many horror stories from friends. I & E Cabinets made the process painless and easy. They really were there every step of the way. My husband and I had a very tough time deciding what type of cabinets we wanted and I & E was great in assisting us with that. They have an amazing technology program that truly shows you exactly what your kitchen will look like. This way you can visualize the entire kitchen from start to finish. Often times its hard to really visualize what your going to get. IT WAS AWESOME! We got excellent customer service and one on one help when we needed it. We had no issues with any of the sales people or installers being late and or canceling appointments. I heard that happens a lot in this business. They were really great with that. When people walk into our home the first thing they always compliment us on our cabinets. I have to say they really look like something out of ""Architectural Digest."" We happen to like a very modern look and they really got what we wanted dead on! We love entertaining and having a kitchen like this makes it all that much better. Oh, one last thing....The quality is fantastic!!! No issues at all. If I had to do this all over again I would definitely go with this company. more

Good cabinets. High price. Inefficient service. Horrible communication. Very slow implementation 4/27/2007

Although the installed cabinets are good quality, high price, horrible service and lack of communication make this company ""NOT RECOMMEND."" The draft person made over 15 inches of measurement mistake creating the cabinets I had not ordered. The company never apologized or gave discount. The installer also left mess. At close to $10,000 for the cabinets , I expected better service. From the order to completion took over 40 days, 14 days over their promised completion. In fact, from the delivery to completion took 19 days! where average carpenter takes less than 3 days. Good sales group. Good product. Lousy, lousy customer service. 2007 Pros: Good, professional sales. Cons: Lousy Service. Horrible communication. Long time from delivery to completion. more
