They act really nice up front until you sign a lease with them. Takes them months to fix anything; my repair took 9-MONTHS! If you get frustrated and, politely, show your displeasure, they'll tell you, ""to move out if you don't like the place."" I was moving from out-of-state and I took the house, however, make sure you shop around or you'll get ripped off.
