BEST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT 8/26/2007

I have been with Goose Creek Property Management going on 12 years. 7 years ago my husband passed away and we live out of town. I was apprehensive and concerned about handling this on my own. However Barbara and her staff have helped me all along the way. No matter what comes up she is able to handle it promptly and with the tenants in mind as well. more

Experience the WORST in property management... 4/25/2007

They act really nice up front until you sign a lease with them. Takes them months to fix anything; my repair took 9-MONTHS! If you get frustrated and, politely, show your displeasure, they'll tell you, ""to move out if you don't like the place."" I was moving from out-of-state and I took the house, however, make sure you shop around or you'll get ripped off. more
