After having horrific experiences paying $35 for a pants hem by in one of the xyz the Tailor's in downtown boston - which unravelled 2 weeks later, and took over 3 weeks to complete - I researched tailors through my company's Concierge service. Although he didn't come up on the list, he was the closest to my building and decided to give it a shot. Since I had walked into a few locations and had horrible customerservice experiences I had quite a backlog of tailoring including a button on my winter coat I was carrying around in my pocket. When I went in, I was greeted professionally and friendly. I tried all the garments on and he understood exactly what I wanted - due to his corporate location. He even sewed the wayward button on while we chatted. This guy is a dream come true. No job is too big or too small. He does everything with ease and calls when running late. I was extremely impressed in an age where customer service and personal relationships aren't always part of a business model.
Pros: Great location, great hours (even there later than 6pm), calls to followup on orders and remind on pickups
