I've been here several times before but after our experience on Saturday, I'm not sure if we'll be dining here again. The service was pretty bad actually. We tried making reservations since we were coming from West LA and not too sure what to expect when we got there and they told us that they weren't taking reservations but if we came after 9pm, we'd have a table. We arrived there at around 9:30pm and we asked for a table and the host said, "Not tonight". We asked if it was possible to sit outside so that's where we ended up. We ordered a bottle of wine and the server couldn't get the cork out so it basically broke in half inside of the wine bottle. He eventually got it out but you sort of had to wonder why it was so difficult. The service was really slow since we were outside. We requested the tri-tip about 4 times since it never came around to us and it finally came when we were sick of waiting and ready to leave.
We've never had this problem before but apparently now that it's been here a little longer, service is not a priority.
Pros: Excellent Food.
Cons: Service is not priority here like it used to be.
