Came in for an oil change and maintenance inspection with tyre rotation included. At 1300 I was told it will take 45 minutes to get everything done - not happened. I was waiting until 1353 when mechanic guy called me and asked where is the wheel lock (after he searched my trunk and left carpeting all messed up) - I showed him and asked did he do oil change already because I had to go to work at 1400 - he responded: "I was looking for wheel lock" - Well, Mr. Dan since when mechanic guy needs a wheel lock to change the oil?!? However, I spent there another 45 minutes and about 1430-1435 guy at the front desk calls me up saying I am ready to go. Since he did not say anything regarding maintenance inspection, I asked that's all then - he stated yes - I signed and went outside - same question I asked the mechanic guy - he said Yes that's all you need - looking at the invoice I already got.
