Berry Tire & Auto

I just found out 3 years after having "Berry" put four tires on my van, that the tires they sold me were not appropriate for my van but rather for a sport sadan (maxima etc.) The tires are bald, yet 'Berry' kept telling me they were within the supposed 80,000 mile warranty and that I could still drive on them. After sliding around on the road all winter and putting my family in danger, I decided to visit a real automotive center that was not only about the sale. A real car center told me that the tires 'Berry" sold me were the wrong speed rating and also not for a mini-van or vehicle the size and weight of what I was driving and that was the reason I had terrible wear on the tires and a lot of slippage on the road. Avoid taking your car to 'Berry' for tires, they only want your money. your safety may depend on it. more

Came to this shop after a friend recommended it to me. Completely satisfied with their work and their customer service is outstanding. The people are all really nice and helpful. Also, their prices are really good. Every tire shop I called was at least $40 more for the same tires I was looking for. more

Came in for an oil change and maintenance inspection with tyre rotation included. At 1300 I was told it will take 45 minutes to get everything done - not happened. I was waiting until 1353 when mechanic guy called me and asked where is the wheel lock (after he searched my trunk and left carpeting all messed up) - I showed him and asked did he do oil change already because I had to go to work at 1400 - he responded: "I was looking for wheel lock" - Well, Mr. Dan since when mechanic guy needs a wheel lock to change the oil?!? However, I spent there another 45 minutes and about 1430-1435 guy at the front desk calls me up saying I am ready to go. Since he did not say anything regarding maintenance inspection, I asked that's all then - he stated yes - I signed and went outside - same question I asked the mechanic guy - he said Yes that's all you need - looking at the invoice I already got. Well, I have experienced a lot of discrimination in this area where they have their store just because I am immigrant and nothing else. I am immigrant and I am proud of it. At some point all of the americans were immigrants as well so, I think it's little outdated to treat people like slaves - which was not too long ago - like 50 years ago. \r \r My advice for all fellow immigrants: DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE - THEIR SERVICE IS VERY UNFRIENDLY AND VERY DISAPPOINTING. YOU WILL NOT GET THE SERVICE YOU PAY FOR!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: ha???? you kiddin me? Cons: they did nothing but dicriminated me and ignored my services requested more

I needed my tires replaced this past year and I wanted to go to someplace diffrent I see this shop every day On my ride home from work. So it was convieniet for me to stop and get it fixed. The people were great and the prices were ok. They did a good job though and sent me on my way fast. All in all a great place. more

Berry has turned out to be my favorite car repair location in town. Staff is always willing to give you a quote and perform the work on the same day. I have never had a problem with the repair bill be too high or work not being done correctly. more
