I just took my pet to get his yearly shots. I walked in at 1130 pm on a saturday. As I arrived I noticed that their schedule said they closed at noon. I signed in, and had to wait 15 minutes before they even aknowledged me. After 15 minutes, a lady asked us what we were here for, and as soon as she found out, she stated that she wouldn't be able to fit us in and basically told us to leave. Their weekday schedule is only until 6 pm, and as I work in Alpharetta that is really inconvenient. I realized on my way home that I didn't even get her name for when I call to complain about her, so I called the place back, but they would not pick up the phone although it was only 1150 am at the time. There were no apologies or compassion in her voice, she didn't look for any alternatives for us, and her attitude was inexcusable. I seriously doubt that the owner of the clinic or the doctor in charge at the time, wouldn't have taken 10 more minutes to give a healthy cat his shots. Really dissapointing for a returning customer!! Cons: Poor and negative attitude from office staff more
