I had the opportunity to visit North Harbor Club for the first time today. And the last time today. With the ever-growing number of retaurants competing for the same dollar I would expect a better level of service. The old saying that ""A fish rots from the head down"" has never been more appropriate than at the North Harbor Club. I went with a group of co-workers to try this restaurant for lunch. With lunch prices starting near the $10.00 mark I thought it would be a great opportunity to use a coupon i had in the Casual Dining book. A coupon that North Harbor Club promotes to draw customers. I was told that it could not be used if the checks were to be separated. What? Did the manager try to accomodate?, NO!, Did the manager listen to my concerns?, NO!, instead he said that his restaurant does not need large parties nor do they want them to use any type of coupon. I can definitely find other places to eat. Lesson learned. The fish rotted from the head on this experience and I will not be back nor will anyone I have the opportunity to share my experience with in the future.
Pros: Food was good
Cons: Service and Management interaction was poor
