This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to write a restaurant review. I loved the former North Harbor Cafe; however, the new and improved (not) North Harbor Club has been a huge disappointment. My previous two visits (the first at my suggestion, the second at a friend's) had not been up to par. Today, though, I witnessed the poorest customer service one could imagine. In my opinion, the service is average at best, the food is overpriced, and the general customer service attitude is extremely poor. There are many restaurant choices in the Lake Norman area. For me, North Harbor Club has moved to the bottom of the list.
