In the process of adopting/rescuing a pet I needed to secure a pre-paid verification for micro-chipping and spaying, agencies rules. I spoke to the Doctor and initially he stated we don't do that, it took awhile to communicate my story as everyone here speaks and hears very broken english. Soon after he said ""Okay, Yeah, You come in, I see you tomorrow"". So the next day I go in and the lady at the front desk tells me ""No, we don't do that"" No I'm sorry we communicated that improperly, I'm sorry you drove all the way out here and wasted an hour of your day b/c we messed up... NOTHING! Poor poor communication skills, and VERY POOR customer service....
