I want to respond to the review by member knightmb. The reviewer is not being honest. His name is Michael Brown, a former employee of my company. He ""is"" telling the truth when he says that I am very angry with him, and pursuing legal remedies against him. In this business, you only need two things, skill, and customers. we have a lot of problems with emoloyees and former employee's pursuing outside work with our customers. That makes it necessary for us to require a non-compete agreement from all employees. Michael signed a non-compete agreement with my company. After he resigned, I found that he had started his own business, and was engaging in business with my customers in violation of his non-compete agreement. It costs a lot of money in advertising to earn new customers. I believe he should be man enough to earn his own customers instead of stealing them from his employer.
