The reviewer is not being honest. His name is Michael Brown, a former employee of my company. He ""is"" telling the truth when he says that I am very angry with him, and pursuing legal remedies against him. In this business, you only need two things, skill, and customers. we have a lot of problems with emoloyees and former employee's pursuing outside work with our customers. That makes it necessary for us to require a non-compete agreement from all employees. Michael signed a non-compete agreement with my company. After he resigned, I found that he had started his own business, and was engaging in business with my customers in violation of his non-compete agreement. It costs a lot of money in advertising to earn new customers. I believe he should be man enough to earn his own customers instead of stealing them from his employer. The owner called at one point this year and was very rude. Cursing like crazy about his business. Has been threatening legal action and other very unprofessional conversation. I know he has smart people working for him, but his behavior is why I never refer anyone to him again. Avoid this company at all cost, go with someone else that is more honest.
