The staff at the Bandera Spectrum are incredible. From the first step into the club you are greeted by a friendly smile and hello. I was impressed that within two visits they knew my name. The fitness staff are very helpful. I was asked to schedule a fitness appointment when I first joined, but delined because I thought I could figure it out. During my first workout it must have been obvious that I needed help. A very nice fitness associate approached me and very professionally asked if they could assist me. I agreed and proceederd to spend 45 minutes asking questions and getting a great orientation to all the equipment and programs. I am well on my way to reaching my fitness goals and want to thank the staff that cared and helped me get started.
