I had nearly the same response as the last reviewer. The doctor was very good, very helpful and I was happy with her. However, once it came time to choose glasses, I was surprised by their lack of men's frames. A few rows of men's frames and several shelves of women's frames. I finally found a pair I liked, and was told it would be 7-10 business days. That was 3 weeks ago. When I called last week, I was told that they should be in on Tuesday or Wednesday of this week, and no such luck. Based on the customer service, I doubt I would go back.
Pros: good doctor, lots of parking
Cons: small selection, long wait time with poor customer service
