I took a $60 dress shirt with wine stains to the Berkeley location. The stains came out, but the shirt came back with a burn mark, a new stain on the sleeve, and a thread pull across the front of the shirt. It's unwearable now. George, who owns all 5 Red Hanger Kleaners locations, claimed that the thread pull was a manufacturer's defect and refused to reimburse me for the shirt. A manufacturer's defect?!? Are you kidding me?!? Avoid this business. They are lousy and refuse to accept responsibility for damage.
