I've been to this spa many times, having everything done from hair, to waxing, to facials, to laser hair removal. The owner is good at just about everything, but I am not sure the rest of the staff is up to par. Because of that, it is hard to get an appointment with the owner without having her leave several times during the treatment to attend to another customer. Some of the receptionists are impolite and don't make any effort to ensure that the customer is comfortable - this makes it feel less like a spa, and more like a beauty salon.
Pros: good prices for specialty treatments
Cons: not made to feel comfortable
