lower price, but lower customer service 3/28/2007

I've been to this spa many times, having everything done from hair, to waxing, to facials, to laser hair removal. The owner is good at just about everything, but I am not sure the rest of the staff is up to par. Because of that, it is hard to get an appointment with the owner without having her leave several times during the treatment to attend to another customer. Some of the receptionists are impolite and don't make any effort to ensure that the customer is comfortable - this makes it feel less like a spa, and more like a beauty salon. Not very professional 3/28/2007

I've been to this spa quite a few times in the past few years because I like the owner. She is a one-woman show. The rest of the staff is generally unprofessional. I've scheduled appointments and had them canceled at least four times (or they have no record of it). Once I tried to schedule a bikini wax, which any other spa would handle with discretion, and the lady taking the appointment had me on speaker phone and refused to speak to me off of speaker phone. The walls are pretty flimsy, too, which makes spa treatments a little less than relaxing. You can hear people walking around and talking while you're getting a massage or a facial. AMAZING! 5/24/2005

I previously worked at a spa in northern va so I have had numerous massages and facials and I found aesthetics complete spa to be incredible. The facial was amazing and worked miracles! I tend to have sensitive skin that is prone to break outs and the facial cleared it up immeditaley. The massage was also very relaxing. I truly enjoyed my time at aesthetics and will be back. I also purchased their facial line and it is working wonders for my skin. Also the prices are also much more reasonable than northern va spa prices! This spa is truly a gem! Surgical Coordinator 2/3/2005

Very disappointing!!! The massage was good, however the establishment was in disarray which made the experience completely unsatisfying. When booking my appointment with "the owner", I asked for a complete description of the services that I was to have. It was clearly not even close!! The facial was to be an hour long, which turned out to be only 20 minutes long. NOTHING was done during the facial that is described!! I phoned to speak with the manager to discuss what happened, and she has yet to return my phone call!! I would not recommend this establishment to anyone!! Great Staff 12/20/2004

The staff is awesome here. They know exactly what they are doing. The atmosphere is relaxing and not stuck up. I enjoy getting my massages and facials here. People definately need to check this place out. Pros: resonable prices, educated staff, open late more
