I have visited this spa, and yet it does have a relaxing enviroment, the employees seem unhappy. I am too in the industry and have spoken with many girls that have worked there over the years. The ower is nothing less than a sweatshop operator and pays her employees about $10 and hour to bust thier rumps for peanuts. The average payscale in the salon/spa business is around 50% commission plus NON TAXED tips. This woman charges over $100 per service and pays out $10-$14 an hour? Then she takes the cash tips, taxes them and then pays them in thier paycheck. This is robbery and I can't belive she is getting away with it. Would you patronize a sweatshop if you knew about it? I sure wouldn't and I am doing MY best to get the word out. There are plenty of great salon/spas out there who know how to treat their employees and customers! DON'T WASTE YOUR GAS OR MONEY TRAVELING TO THIS PLACE!!!
