The wood house Sugarland tries to pass itself off as an "elegant" place! What a joke! They are not even in the same league as Urban Retreat or Beautique Day Spa. I had an appointment scheduled for an hour massage with a certain therapist only to find out after I arrive (after waiting all day for my nice relaxing massage with a certain therapist) that my massage was switched without my approval to another therapist. This is rude and unprofessional.They should have atleast called and given me the option to reschedule, but instead was stuck with a terrible person. On another occasion (again after I had arrived) I was already in my robe when the massage therapist comes up to me (I was the last appointment of the day) and tells me she needs to reschedule because her hands ache. Today, I was schedule for a massage with someone (again the last appointment of the day) only to have him call me at teh 12th hour to cancel because an "emergency" has come up. If they dont want to have late appointments, they should not make them. THEY ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DAY SPA I'VE EVER BEEN to and I've been to a lite of nice resorts and day spas. They want to represent themselves as top notch when in fact they are NOT. I would never ever recommend unless you want to be disappointed!
