I've been going to this office since 2003, I changed insurance carrier 3x and never had a billing issue in the past. However, they never return my calls. When I get post cards requesting to schedule an appointment I call leave a message and they never call me back. I had services in August 2006 my first appountment took 3 1/2 weeks to make, I told them I needed a cleaning. They saw me and said you need a cleaning schedule it at the desk. They said my appointment was just for a consultation, even though I already told them I needed a cleaning when I made the appointment. I was charged a co-pay. I came back 3 1/2 weeks later I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time even though I arrived 15 minutes early. They told me I had to pay out of pocket because they couldn't do an insurance verification because my payer was closed. I said fine reimburse me after the claim.
