I found it unfortunate that the only review for Mainline Dermatology was one where the patient was so totally disatisfied. To make matters worse, the same review is displayed under the names of not one doctor, but two. I, on the other hand, have had very positive experiences with Mainline Dermatology. I have used Mainline Dermatology on two separate occasions and I have found them to be prompt, courteous, thorough and knowledgable. I have never had a problem getting a timely appointment and have even been able to get in within three days due to a cancellation. Perhaps the negative review was written during a time of employee turnover or other office confusion. Though inconvenient, these situations sometimes occur in the life of businesses, just as upheaval occurs in our own individual lives. I highly recommend using Mainline Dermatology.
