I'm not much of a salad person, nor would I consider myself ""environmentally friendly"". But my friend dragged me to Snappy Salads one day, and now I am hooked! The ingredients are so fresh. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering that everything is organic and environmentally friendly. One of the other reviewers said that they couldn't substitute anything without paying more, I did not have this problem. They were more than happy to substitute anything. \r

It's a different concept. It's not a buffet like Souper Salad. You go up to the counter and pick what you want from numerous ingredients, kind of like how you do at Subway. Or, you can order a salad by name, and they'll make it for you. They also have wraps, soups and baked potatoes. The seating is communtiy seating. Basically three or four large tables, and also some barstool seating.\r
