I contracted to purchase an AC system from this company. They promised a certain brand and quality. They never installed the agreed equipment and failed to honor any of the promises made in their sales presentation. They fail to honor their guarantees (money back, etc). The financial loss was bad but it was not near as bad as the amount of grief and time lost that we have had to go through. Please be careful. Be careful they go by more than one name (they are also Comfort Experts Inc). I would suggest doing above average research.
