Do not use these people. They Damaged our home trying to install a heat pump , which could not meet code in our home. They shredded our under belly,tore out insullation in 4 places, damaged our ducting. Caused bacteria and other elements to be spred through our home, and tried to cover up the damage. The moisture in our home because of them is causing sever damage, including warping floors. My wife and I got physically ill because of the damage. We had to get hotel rooms. When I demanded insurance information. I was treated very poorly and had to file a complaint with TDLR to get it. I gave them plenty of time to make this right. and they do not. I have seen through research, that this company is vary bad. The reviews I used in calling them are as questionable as they are. I have talked to many people and I will say if you use them,Get insurance information first. Don't trust ads or reviews. Record every communication with them. Take a lot of pictures. more

Through the years that I've had Comfort Experts, I have had nothing but a good experience with everyone representing the company. They take excellent care of my unit, which in turn, they take excellent care of me. The service rep is required to wear shoe covers, and even though I tell them not to worry, they still wear them to honor the company’s policy. Integrity, know-how, politeness and over-all great customer service sums it up.\r more

This is the second home in which I have used Comfort Experts to replace the A/C units. In the first home, I did not see the guaranteed savings from the new unit as promised. Comfort Experts did everything possible to discover why we were not seeing the savings and ultimately did issue a refund. The technicians and service reps are always friendly and great to work with. more

I had a complete system with a heat pump installed about 3 years ago. I've been very pleased with it. There has only been one repair done, which was under warranty. All of the techs from Comfort Experts have been professional and courteous. more

After installation of unit, there was an issue. More important than the issue was the manner in which the issue was solved. Comfort Experts proved to be tenacious in their efforts to solve the problem, and I really appreciated the courtesy, respect and the quality of workmanship of the installation techs. more
