This place is completely unorganized, to say the least. It took them over a month to fix a zipper on one boot, which was over a week longer than promised. When I called a few times to check up on my favorite boots, no one answered the phone or returned my messages. When my husband went to pick up the boots, no one could find them for almost 15 minutes, and when they did, they said that they weren't able to fix the problem and I would need a new zipper. Since they require you to prepay, this is something it would have been nice to know earlier.
