The Birch apartments are an inexpensive place to live, the saying ""you pay for what you get"" has never rang so true. The shower was terrible, the amount of water coming from the shower head is the equivelent of someone spitting water at you. The apartment ALWAYS had a mystery smell to it, like something fleshy was burning combined with mildew. Walking around, I use the term loosely, the livingroom was always a fun game of ""find the hole""........there are dents or holes in the floor covered by the carpet. The very worst part of the Birch experience was the one leasing agent they have who we'll call T. She is always very short inher responses and shows no interest in what you are saying (unless you are male). Winter here was terrible! it was like driving over glaciers just to get into a parking spot.
Pros: cheap, courtyard is attractive when it rains
Cons: everything else
