Our tankless hot water heater that Matco recommended and installed froze when the temperatrures dropped below 20 degrees. I called them and they sent the owner "Gary"....he spoke down to my wife, she called me at work to try and talk to him. He interupted me several times, and said we should have bought an outdoor unit for our attic? When I told him that his company recommended this unit he said, "no we didn't". He then proceeded to tell me this is not normal weather for Texas? I have lived here all my life and I know that it always gets cold in February....most every winter we have a day or two in the teens!.....
We paid them well over $1,000 to install and we got $0 of customer service.
He then recommended we leave the water running when it get's this cold....what a great solution! Never leave town when it is below freezing? Sad business management.....I feel sorry for his employees.
Pros: He came out right away...only to criticize us
