Don't use Round the Clock Cleaners if you value your clothes! As the CitySearch site guidelines prohibit me from discussing any damage the Round the Clock Cleaners at 115 Lake Ave in Pasadena may have done to a vintage coat and to my wedding dress, I will, instead say that I found their employee to be ignorant of basic facts regarding the care and storage of fine fabrics. Further, the employee was unhelpful and I ended up paying just to get my clothes back. \r

Their cleaners seem to attack even very delicate fabrics with unremitting brute force, and their clerk is patently unapologetic when confronted with the evidence of their errors. When I pointed out problems, the clerk offered only her ignorance of basic fabric care and storage as an excuse for shoddy work. I do understand that there will occasionally be probelms dry-cleaning certain pieces, but I expect a professional dry cleaner to know the basics about caring for silks, cashmere and other fine fabrics. Round the Clock did not even do that.\r
\r
I will never do business with Round the Clock Cleaners in Pasadena again, and I will strongly advise everyone I know to do likewise. Please let the $135 I paid these people for horrendous work and rude treatment be a warning to you to avoid this dry cleaning establishment at all costs.\r

Don't trust Round the Clock Cleaners!
