Service level was better then I've ever had. I felt that my purchased really mattered!! I would recommend that anyone that wants to be treated with respect and get huge value for your money, go to Trinity. I went to several carpet stores and really felt that Trinity was honest and fair. I really got the WOW! factor. \r
